- Be a long-term holder of investments (unlike other private equity firms which typically look for short-term exits), with a goal of propelling the business towards maximum growth opportunities and to increase return on equity.
- Develop close working relationships with management and to bring in a large network of business expertise to help businesses reach their full potential.
GLouis Capital does invest its own funds but from time to time also incorporates joint ventures (JV’s) with other likeminded companies, funds, institutions, governments as well as bring onboard high net worth (HNW) individuals and family offices who have experience within a particular sector.
